Pastor Gary uses innovative methods in presenting a story with a message to the younger generation. The children anticipate the surprise which often accompanies this activity.

Church services are videotaped for the benefit of those who are unable to attend.

Wilmot participates in the local annual Santa Claus parade. In this way, we can make our presence known to the broader community. One of our inter-generational activities.

Music is a part of life at Wilmot Church. We try to utilize the talents of the members through choir singing, instrumental or other musical presentations.

Missions projects are a regular component of the church at Wilmot. To emphasize the need for a particular project, dramatization is often utilized.

The Mennonite Women of Wilmot gather to create a quilt which is donated to the Annual MCC Relief Sale, held each year at the end of May. Wilmot provides many volunteers to assist with the sale.

Celebrating special events is an important part of our church life. A shower to honour an upcoming marriage or remembering special anniversaries and birthdays are inter-generational events.

AtWilmot, we surround parents with newborn infants. When parents present the child for dedication, the members assure the parents of their support in the upbringing of this child.

Children are an important part of the church. To emphasize a study of Jesus as the Good Shepherd, the children visited a farm to interact with a flock of sheep.

At Wilmot, we share our joys, sorrows, burdens and celebrations. We also pray together for one another and the world at large. This is an important component of our worship service.

Saying goodbye is never easy. When members move to other areas, this becomes necessary. At Wilmot, we celebrate their time and involvement within the church. Then present them with mementos. Memories of their fellowship with us will go with them.

Girls Club meets, once a month, at the church. A variety of activities are provided. Among these, was an evening spent tying knots in comforters.

The social life of the church is also important. It may invlove a Christmas dinner or a game of Dutch Blitz.
